That the User/Client's breach of any of the provisions indicated here will be sufficient cause for the cancellation of the Client Number assigned to them or the personal Password related to it.

That upon obtaining their Client Number or generating a personal Password, they assume exclusive responsibility for keeping them confidential and under their exclusive control, and are therefore aware that they will be responsible for all relevant legal effects due to their use.

That they are fully and absolutely responsible for the use of the Client Number and/or personal Password and, where applicable, will be identified as the buyer and it will be presumed that they approve all activities and acquisition of goods or services related to said use and other provisions indicated in their registration on the site.

That they authorize ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA, S DE RL DE CV to integrate the data and information provided for the assignment of a Client Number, derived from the generation of a personal Password and from all sales activities and operations carried out on the Site or through any other ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA, S DE RL DE CV Client service channel, for their exclusive use in relation to the activities carried out by ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA, S DE RL DE CV.

That the use of email is an essential requirement for the generation of the personal Password for the User/Client, and for the latter to correctly receive the Services of the Site.

USER/CLIENT CONSENT: The User/Client may generate and send a purchase order for any product on the Site. Product availability is subject to change at any time. Credit and Payment Terms

All provisions established in the Credit Application, including those related to the form and terms of payment, will be applicable to all Services and Products provided by ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA, S DE RL DE CV for orders placed through the Site.

All payments derived from the purchase of ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA, S DE RL DE CV products must be made in Mexican pesos or US dollars, legal tender in the United States of America, as established in the corresponding invoice.

Shipping Terms

SHIPPING COMMITMENT: ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA, S DE RL DE CV commits to shipping products requested in purchase orders placed before 1:30 p.m. (Northwest Time) on the same day. This is provided that the product is available in stock. The product delivery time begins from the moment the product is shipped.

PRODUCT DELIVERY: The User/Client will receive their order in accordance with the following:

Same Day

"Same Day" deliveries apply to shipments to applicable destinations only, provided the purchase order is placed before 11:00 a.m. (Northwest Time), the product is available in stock, and the receiving hours are available until 6:00 p.m. (Northwest Time). If your purchase order is placed after 11:00 a.m. (Northwest Time), delivery will be made according to the shipping times mentioned at the time of purchase.

DURATION: This warranty will be valid for one calendar year, counted from the date of purchase from ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA S DE RL DE CV, according to the date indicated on the product purchase invoice.

SCOPE: Except for clearance products, all products sold by ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA S DE RL DE CV are guaranteed. The warranty covers the new product and all its parts against any manufacturing defects of the acquired product and repair labor, if applicable. EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty expressly excludes: a) Any loss, incidental or indirect expenses, or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, compensation, reimbursement or damages on account of present or future profit losses or for any other reason, derived from any defect, failure or malfunction of the product covered by this policy, so the buyer's sole and exclusive remedy of any kind, regardless of the legal concept, will not be greater than the purchase price of the product for which the corresponding claim was made; b) items or services normally required to maintain the product. c) implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

MECHANISM TO ENFORCE THIS WARRANTY: To request the warranty in accordance with the terms mentioned above, the Client must, before returning any product, call the Customer Service department at (686) 592-9294, from 7:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, provide the date and invoice number covering the purchase of the product from ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA, S DE RL DE CV, clearly describe the observed defect in the acquired product, and request their warranty report number.

Then send the product to: ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA, S DE RL DE CV at our offices in Mexicali Baja California, freight paid (collect shipments will not be accepted) making reference to the warranty report number that was assigned to you. In case the warranty proceeds, ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA, S DE RL DE CV. will cover the corresponding re-shipping costs.

In case of any doubt or problem with your shipment, report it within two days of receiving the product.

Carriers are not authorized to pick up products without the express authorization of ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA, S DE RL DE CV. Therefore, ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA, S DE RL DE CV will not be responsible for products delivered to carriers without prior and express authorization from ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA, S DE RL DE CV,

Ownership and risk of loss of purchased products are transferred to the Client upon delivery to the carrier. If the product was damaged in transit, the recipient must file the corresponding claim directly with the carrier. As an additional service, ELÉCTRICA CENTINELA, S DE RL DE CV may support the Client in the event of a product damaged by the carrier, provided the above provisions are followed.
